Editor Wars

For those using vi(m), the following lines should make your session conform to the KNF rules described.

set cindent
set cinoptions=>s,e0,n0,f0,{0,}0,^0,:0,=s,l0,+s,c1,C0,(2s,us,\U0,w0,m0,)20,*30

These were carefully engineered based on the c-indenting page on the vim website.
